Five millimetres of the finest hardwood species is the result of an
accurate selection of the raw material and unique processing
technique. The special sawing method and the innovative drying
process results in a material that, whilst striving for perfection,
obtains new values with every step.
Technological Support
Birch plywood with a cross grain construction guarantees the product
maximum stability.
Five assembled layers ensure a product of unrivalled mechanical
properties. This support offers great resistance to the natural
expansion and contractions of the above hardwood layer.
Exclusive Finishing
Eight layers of highly resistant, industrially applied acrylic
lacquer offers unprecedented protection, safeguarding the beauty of
the floor throughout the years. This lacquer is
ecologically-friendly and non-toxic.
Micrometrical precision
Milling is carried out on all sides of each strip with
diamond cutting tools. The micrometrical precision of this milling
ensures perfect planarity of the floor.
Transversal Incisions
The presence of suitable incisions in the support base
allows longitudinal flexibility of the product. As a consequence the
product will adapt to the sub-floor, covering any possible small
irregularities of the sub-floor.
